Rebuilt an early-stage IoT fleet platform from scratch, moving from legacy webviews to a native Flutter app and Node.js backend.

• Replaced a WebView wrapping a static web dashboard with a fully native Flutter app with provider-driven state management, live GPS map tracking, analytics charts, and a custom point-to-route deviation detection engine built from vector math.
• Rebuilt the Node.js/Express backend, replacing hardcoded, unstructured logic with a clean REST API split across MongoDB and MySQL. Used MongoDB for sensor telemetry since sensors don't always send every field (a fixed SQL schema would create empty null values and slow queries), keeping MySQL for structured business data.
• Added an end-to-end WebSocket layer with Socket.io where the backend broadcasts live updates and Flutter dashboards consume them in real time without manual refreshes.
• Implemented JWT authentication, request validation, and rate limiting across the API.
• Chose which parts of the old system needed fixing right away and which could wait, based on the founder's priorities for stability.

LoreKeeper API: Reading Tracker Backend

• Built a clean Spring Boot and PostgreSQL backend to organize and track reading habits across books, manga, and comics.
• Added secure user accounts with JWT authentication and Google sign-in.
• Connected the Open Library API to automatically fetch book covers and details.

Lorebound: Offline EPUB Reader

• Created an offline Flutter reading app with a custom native text engine instead of slow webviews.
• Built smooth page turns and continuous vertical scrolling with a clean, distraction-free interface.
• Handles local file imports, fast book parsing, and saves your reading progress offline.
